How to Uninstall or Disable INTERNET EXPLORER in windows 7/8/8.1/10

Nowadays,Most of the people are using Chrome,Firefox,etc..for browsing and also for Downloading Purposes.

But the Windows PCs are coming with a Built-in Software called INTERNET EXPLORER.
So,While i am using other Softwares for Online Stuff.Why this Internet Explorer is Sitting on my PC with some Background Internet comsumption??
