when you connect the device to the computer, please set the USB first.
go to the menu of the GPS, press "USB''icon and you can see the USB setting .please choose "MASS STORAGE "then you can transfer the file.

if still can not connect with the computer, you can enter the USB setting screen, change to another option "MS ACTIVESYNC", see if it can work, ok?
