net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice

net localgroup Administrators /add localservice

AND/ OR - If your computer isn't scanning for new devices:
2) driver software installation i ( that little area where you see your drivers loading) i clicked the change option and notice that the ( let my computer search for drivers) option was off so i couldn't find any driver automatically"
