RTMaps tutorial - KITTI Sensor Datasets Importer

New RTMaps Package : KITTI Sensor Datasets Importer.

KITTI Car detection datasets from KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology).

In order to facilitate the use of the dataset in RTMaps,
we have developed the KITTI Importer component which provides an intuitive interface
for integrating the KITTI dataset in Vision, Robotics, ADAS, Autonomous Drving applications.
