Here are the lines of code for terminal and automator. Just copy and paste them and remember to change "MyProfileName" to the name of the profile you made.

Terminal: /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin --ProfileManager

Automator: /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin -P “MyProfileName” -no-remote

After opening Finder, press command+shift+G to bring up the file directory and then type ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox.
