Distribution Tutorial for Goalkeepers | Keeping Goals - S2Ep13

The Goalkeeper Distribution Programme is now LIVE and available at conorokeefe.co.uk/shop !

You asked for it, so we made it. In this weeks episode of Keeping Goals, we give a tutorial on distribution. I show you all the techniques I use to keep possession of the ball for my team, and why it is important to practice ‘Symmetrical Distribution’; being equally strong with both feet, so you can hit any area of the pitch with any technique.

I hope this tutorial helps you with your own distribution, and takes your game to the next level. Let me know in the comments! As always, thank you for the support. Please like, subscribe and share this channel, help Keeping Goals to grow. See you next week!
