How to Bunt

In this video we cover the basics of how to bunt. A basic fundamental of baseball that is often over looked in this day and age. I believe as a baseball player we should all be competent at every aspect of the game and I look forward to developing each of my player to his or her fullest. Bunting is one of the fundamentals that although over looked seems to be super important when the need arises. Be prepared before your asked.

This video covers how to sacrifice bunt a baseball and how to sacrifice bunt in softball. We will cover how to bunt for a base hit in a future video.
