How To Choose a Basketball Shoe

How To Choose a Basketball Shoe, choosing the Best Basketball Shoes depends on your position you might want to pick different shoes. As a Guard you may want to go with a Basketball Shoe that has a lower cut ankle, this will allow you to change directions faster and frees up your ankles for quicker misdirection plays. As a Center you may want to go with a bigger shoe with higher cut ankles for ankle support and extra cushioning when your in the post and have a player posting you up. As a center your shooes will not just be holding your weight but also the other teams Center weight as well. Then there is the Mid cut Basketball shoes which will give close to the same comfort as a Centers shoe, however with the lower ankle like in the Guards type of Basketball Shoe.
