HOW TO CLEAN SUNGLASSES Properly – KastKing

What You Need to Clean Sunglasses

Best practice for how to clean eyewear is to have access to warm running water and mild liquid soap to clean sunglass lenses. If you do not have clear water you can use a microfiber cleaning cloth to clean lenses. Keep sunglasses in a protective case to prevent scratches, lens damage and frame damage.

What Not to Do to Clean Sunglasses

Do not use paper towels or your shirt to clean eye wear. They can scratch sunglasses. Do not use harsh cleaning products such as window cleaner, bleach, alcohol, ammonia or even vinegar. Do not touch lenses with your fingers as the oils in your fingers will leave smudges that require more vigorous cleaning.
