How to Defend Taller Basketball Players

How to Defend Taller Basketball Players, in this video I give some tips and moves on how to defend a taller player. One great way to defend a taller player is by getting under him, as in getting lower than him and taking away his dribbling ability. Another way is if the taller player is trying to back you down towards the post you can take a charge. When your in the low post you can direct the taller player towards the middle of the key and into a double team.
