1. Place your hands behind the ball touching your thumbs so they make a W.
2. Take four steps back from the out of bounds line.
2. Run up plant your front foot before the line.
3. Drag your back toe on the ground forward towards your front foot
4. Bring the ball completely behind your head
5. Release the ball when it's above your head
