Description from the creator

Go to jump.science for free info on speed and jump training.

Chris was 19 when he started jump training with me in 2009. He gained 6 inches on his vertical in the first two months of training, largely due to strength training and flexibility improvements. The video shows him as a rookie lifter, so his technique is not great. I was also a rookie trainer at that point, so the workouts could have been better. Gains slowed down a lot after the first two months, but after a couple years of training, he reached a 40-inch vertical and is now one of the quickest athletes you will ever see. Check my channel for better videos. I have learned A TON since I first began training athletes.
