***Hardware Change for 2016 - The kit now comes with 6 stainless self-tapping screws (2 for the cleat and 4 for the pad eyes) as a replacement to the rivets for the pad eyes. For installation of the pad eyes, simply use technique above with the self-tapping screws.***
