Juggling is one of the simplest soccer tricks that even beginning players can pick up with ease. When I watch most beginner players/jugglers start I always notice there is no ball control or confidence. This is because the player is chasing the ball rather than dictating where it will go. By working on your body placement and where the ball strikes against your foot you can drastically improve your juggle.
