April 2020 Update - I just had to do this myself - again - on two really tough wheels and instead of grabbing as many spokes as possible, this time, I grabbed the rim which I suspect is much less dangerous for your wheel. Give that a try!

How to Remove Tire from Difficult Carbon Rim Without Damaging It. I got a flat on my Giant Anthem Advanced SX and couldn't get the tire off the rim. Had to walk out of the woods and struggled for quite some time before a friend of mine and I came up with a tire removal method that worked. Traditional tire levers were useless. Maybe this will help you if you have the same problem. If you know a better way, please let me know. Thanks!
