Most people that have these inflatable pontoons run them backwards for fishing. We take the head off and rotate it 180 degrees, and we add an on off switch so we don't have to turn around to run the control. By rotating the head we run in reverse with 5 speeds. It is easier for trolling and many other reasons. The problem is running for long distances backwards. The method we use in this video will allow you to run your boat a little better. These boats were both Outcast Pontoons.
