In case you missed them, here are the steps from my video:

Step 1: Start with a stall. Make sure you maintain you balance
Step 2: Slightly bend standing leg. Simultaneously release the ball and swing your foot. You can swing either inside to outside, or outside to insde
Step 3: Move on to juggling. Juggles should be knee height and controlled
Step 4: Put it all together, and make sure your swing around the ball is a fluid circular motion.
