All the strokes are explained clearly,at a slow pace so they are easy to learn and follow,once you have practised try varying the pace of the strokes and order,just remember the slower the strokes the more relaxing,the faster the strokes the more stimulating, so each massage can be tailor made according to how the receiver is feeling. This form of massage is a fantastic stress reliever at the end of a long and busy day and is great for clearing tension which can lead to headaches or migraines.
