Description from the creator

*** The titanium disc that you see in this video are available to purchase at anodizingsupplycanada.com/ as well as several other aluminum anodizing supply ***

This is a video to show how I made my home based anodizing line and to show the convenience of using it. I am not here to advertise my service as I only anodize my own product, but i'd be happy if I motivate a few to get started on their own!

I've been wanting to make one of these video for awhile. As you can see english is not my first language so I make a lot of mistake here and there. If you hear anything wrong or have question about something I have not explained, please feel free to let me know! I will try to answer each and every question and comments I will have on my video. There is a lot of video out there on youtube showing how to do a first try using car battery charger and how to set up your acid concentration. I left aside that aspect of anodizing and decided to make this video to show how I made a permanent anodizing line in my garage in a 8' x 15' room.

Doing anodizing for about 5 years now, I've started with tank smaller than these and slowly acquired knowledge and time saving trick. My success rate is well over 98% of perfectly anodized parts, and the 2% scrap were all mostly due to poor cleaning. It still surprise me every time I finish a batch!

In the video we see the Titanium Rack that I also sell and been using for the last 4 years now, they have speeded up my process by alot and helped me to make my own anodizing much more worth it. With the combination of the titanium racking, the temperature controller on each chemical/color & the gutted air conditioning unit for acid bath cooling, it takes about 45 minutes of my time for a full batch. Most of the time it just all run by itself.

If you like what you see, please subscribe to my channel for more DIY stuff, machining and car video!

Thanks for watching!
