How to Answer "Why Should We Not Hire You?" | 7-MINUTE TIDBIT WEDNESDAY

TIDBIT WEDNESDAY EPISODE 1: It's job hunting season once again so I thought of compiling some tricky and challenging interview questions one Tidbit Wednesday at a time. In this video, I answer the interview question "Why should we not hire you?" or "Convince me not to hire you."

Take note that there are technically no right or wrong answers in this type of question. Your interviewer likely wants to know the balance between your strengths and weaknesses. You are also likely being tested on your ability to respond to an unusual question. Keep calm and answer away! ;)
