Description from the creator

In this video I explain some easy and effective home treatments and remedies for how to treat a cold or how to treat the flu. After working many years in emergency rooms as an ER nurse and now as a nurse practitioner, I’ve seen many patients seeking relief from their cold or flu symptoms. The cold and flu are miserable and everyone wants to get through them as quickly as possible. Cold symptoms and flu symptoms include fever, cough, congestion, runny nose, headache, fatigue, nausea, among others.

Viruses (influenza, common cold) can’t be treated with antibiotics, therefore finding ways to relieve symptoms is crucial to getting through the illness as quickly and easily as possible. Some of the natural remedies and natural foods I recommend are apple cider vinegar, staying hydrated, and garlic. I love natural treatments for colds and flu because they don't disrupt your body's ph, gut bacteria, cause significant side effects, or have questionable ingredients. I hope this video helps you to fight off your cold or flu faster and gets you the relief you need!
