How To Build A Fire - Basic Outdoor Skills 1

The first video in the Basic Outdoor Skills series is about how to build a fire. This is one of the most important skills you can have when it comes to survival, bushcraft or just good old camping. Be able to create fire allows you to do so many other things: purify water, cook your food, warm yourself up, dry your stuff out, etc.

This video goes over the basics of fire building the way I have done it for years. The only thing different is the very rare fire resource I was able to find and demonstrate near the end of this video.
