Description from the creator

This video shows how to calculate the cost to acquire a customer.

The cost to acquire a customer (CAC) is calculated by dividing the total costs incurred to acquire customers by the number of customers acquired. Thus, if a company spent $10,000 in an effort to acquire customers and acquired 2,000 customers as a result, the customer acquisition cost would be $5 per customer. Customer acquisition costs can include marketing costs, selling costs, advertising costs--any costs incurred with the purpose of acquiring new customers.
