In this video, Gary Fong shows how to configure a Sony A7ii, or any Sony mirrorless camera,i for object tracking of moving objects or people in motion. Features demonstrated include Continuous Autofocus Mode, Wide Focus Area, Lock-On Autofocus Flexible Spot, and Center Lock-On Autofocus

This technique applies for all Sony mirrorless cameras, but the Lock On AF: Flexible Spot feature is available for the A7S, A77ii and A7ii.
