Description from the creator

I wasn’t able to fit my client in so she had to try someone else to get her highlights done. She wanted to be a piecy blonde but was given very fine highlights. The highlights were scoot bad but what was lacking and would have made all the difference in the world was toning after. Adding highlights is just the first step. How you finish them is equally important. And that usually means just adding a toner or glaze to seal the deal!
