How to Correctly Choose Your Computer Parts
ChannelBen G KaiserDescription from the creator
In this video, I am going to walk you through how to correctly choose your parts for a 4k video editing computer. As I set out to build my video editing rig I found a ton of videos out there to help gamers pick their PC parts, but close to none explaining the process to pick the right parts for a suitable 4k video editing computer.

If your parts list exceeds $1534.55 I sincerely apologize, but I am unable to control the market value of these parts. Happy shopping! I hope you are able to find even better deals then I was. 🖥️ ⚡ Parts Lists for Any Budget ($750 - $1000 - $1500) - kit.co/Bengkaiser ⚡ 🖥️
In this video, I am going to walk you through how to pick the parts for a $1500 budget build. Now, before you jump all over me and say, THAT’S NOT A BUDGET BEN. Please note I did not say cheap. I said budget.
A budget is an amount of money allocated to a project. So our goal is to not go over our $1500 budget. If you do not have that size budget don’t worry. I am going to explain the logic behind how I select the parts and then you can apply that same logic to building your PC at whatever budget you have allocated for your build.
Is now the best time to buy PC parts, or should I wait till the next release. This is the most common question I see when people are getting ready to purchase and it has been one of my biggest struggles.
Depending on when you are watching this video you could be seeing increased or decreased prices for computer parts, perhaps you are hopeful that intel or Ryzen will soon launch their next generation of CPUs or maybe you are hopeful that NVIDIA will come out with a new powerful GPU that is not absorbently out of your price range. These are all great things to wait for, but the most important question you have to ask yourself is this: Is it not the right time for YOU to buy and build your PC. For me, yes it is. My Dell XPS 15 is about 4 years old, slowing down substantially as I put it through heavier amounts of workload and that is in return bottlenecking my workflow. A video that should take 15 minutes to edit is taking me 30 - 45 minutes. I run this channel part-time, meaning that every minute counts.
So for me, now is/was the perfect time to build my PC. Could I have gotten some better deals six months ago or six months in the future, maybe But to me, the time has become money? So its time to pull the trigger and build a new PC.
I will help you correctly choose your PC parts for a video editing computer such as choosing your CPU, Motherboard, GPU, RAM Kit, Storage Drives, Case. Power supply, Screen, and Keyboard for a video editing PC build.
