Many of you have seen my videos featuring fitness, wellness and fashion. Today, I'm letting you inside my brain just for a few minutes to talk about a part of my law practice. I'm a corporate, real estate and trademarks attorney with 19 years of experience. One of the fun parts of my practice is working with entrepreneurs and businesses which are creating a new marketing or PR brand presence. A part of that process includes the creation, registration and protection of trademarks and service marks. This video will introduce you to some basic aspects of trademarks and the keys to creating a strong brand for your business.
