How to Find Your Muse

USA

As a female producer/musician/film composer in the music industry, but also with a photography, dance, and painting background, I'll speak to the various ways to spark inspiration in your creative process. This talk involves Q&A and audience participation.

HÄANA invites people on an immersive journey of beauty and sensuality combining music + tech + art presented as a one-woman orchestra. Rich and opulent gold textures and bold, gem-like colours elicit stirring emotions. It is a cinematic visual journey; beat, melody and harmony-driven. Classical avant-garde meets electronic dance music and fresh modern sounds. The visual journey is inspired from nature, ancient wisdom and technology. In addition to touring the globe with EDM festivals and as a guest artist for brands such as Intel and Ferrari, HÄANA has shared the stage with numerous musical giants (The Rolling Stones, Kanye West, Bassnectar, MOBY, The National, EOTO) & appears on releases by Irma Thomas, Beats Antique, Random Rab, An-Ten-Nae, Desert Dwellers, among others. HÄANA is also deep in the yoga/music/meditation scene, and performs her original orchestral and intuitive scores at numerous yoga festivals.
