How To Get A Refund On Amazon Packages That Were Delivered But Not Received.

This is a quick tutorial on how to get a refund on Amazon packages that were delivered but not received and this tutorial is also helpful if your packages were stolen. This takes inspiration from how to get a refund on amazon, amazon refund, amazon refund method, how to get a refund on amazon if item not received, and how to get refund on amazon. I am a former Amazon employee. To get a refund on Amazon packages that were delivered click on the "Get Product Support" option, some of the packages ordered will have this option, click on speak to Amazon workers through "chat", message the Amazon workers your package was delivered but not received, put the name of the package, give your order I.D. number located located at the top right of your Amazon packages homepage, you should receive a refund in 1-3 weeks, and the Amazon workers respond quickly.

If the "Product Support" option does not show up go to amazon.com/, click on "Returns & Orders", some items will have this option, click on "Start A Return In Your Orders", choose the time period in which you bought the item or items, click on "Get Help" some items will have this option, select your item, choose "I didn't get this", select "Ok connect me", give the Amazon worker your "order ID number", and tell the Amazon worker why you need a refund.

If the above two options do not work go to amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions…, click on "Start Chatting Now", tell the bot what items you need help with, speak with an Amazon worker, tell the Amazon worker what items you want a refund on, the reason why you want a refund, and give your item order ID# found in your items.

To get a refund on mobile go to amazon.com/, press on "Customer Service", press on "A delivery, order or return", choose "Contact Us", press on "Have us call you" or "Chat with us now. We'll take you to the Amazon app", give the Amazon worker your "Order ID number", and tell the Amazon worker why you want a refund.
