I used to live in Thailand where we could grow galangal all year long. Now living in northwest Arkansas in the US where any tropical plants couldn’t survive through the winter unless bringing them indoors. Galangal is one of my favorite herbs that I use in Thai dishes like TomYum soap, chicken soup with coconut milk and curry paste. In the video, I share how I grow and overwinter the galangal.
