How to Have Amazing Charisma and Passion:Tools for having more Enthusiasm

When I was in debate years ago I learned how to use my voice to put myself into a peak state by speaking about things I was passionate about and then letting that leak into other parts of my life. Most of communication is not so much the words we say but the energy underneath what we say and the way we say it. Think of tonality like music. In sheet music there are notes on the page which have different octaves and tones. Crescendos and Decrescendos. Contrast in tempo. All of these contribute to music we love to listen to. In the same we we can use our voice to develop enthusiasm and passion. I have a theory that by speaking about things that we love to speak about (for a couple mins a day) we can put ourselves into a state that begins to condition us to live like that in all areas of our life. Just like smiling can trick our brain into releasing serotonin I believe we can bring passion into our lives by speaking with enthusiasm.
