How to improve dental office communications!

LOOKING TO IMPROVE DENTAL OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS? Communication is not a one-way street. Communication is not just about talking. It is also about listening and two-way communication is what drives action!

How well does your dental team communicate with each other?

What about with your patients?

Do you often feel like your message is simply not being heard and properly received by your team, patients, and colleagues?

The part of communication that is often missing, not only in the dental office but in our relationships too, is the listening part.

We spend more time talking than we do listening and if we can actually hone in to work on our listening skills and really take the time to understand what is being said, the message being conveyed, this will absolutely change and improve the flow of communication at your practice.

From doctor to team, front office to back office, amongst team members, and even our patients, poor communication and miscommunication at a busy dental practice occurs all the time and I want to help stop this often costly issue from occurring!

My suggestion is to learn for yourself what a full communication cycle really is and then teach your team how to work through this cycle as well, you need to set an example and show them how communication really works.
