Transcript:
In this tutorial I will show you how Adobe Animate CC can automatically lip sync many languages with the Adobe Sensei Artificial Intelligence system. It will not always be perfect because Adobe Animate CC only uses 11 visemes out of a theoretical 30 plus but it does give useable results without much effort. Manually adding key frames will also give you better results because you can animate the changes and allow for closed, half closed and open mouth shapes. Most animations do not need that level of detail so the automatic lip sync works plenty well.

For this demo, I downloaded a few short audio clips from the Wikimedia Commons to show how the auto lip sync works with different languages. There is a French clip, a Hindi clip a Chinese clip and a Spanish clip. Let’s listen and watch the results.

The auto lip sync of Animate CC does a great job of making this cartoon character multilingual. Try it with your language and let me know how it works. I would love to see your videos.

If you want to know how to set up the audio and the lip sync in Animate CC , please watch the previous video. The link is in the description.
