Describes how to take 12 square sheets of paper and convert them into 6 Water Bomb Bases and 6 Preliminary Bases which are combined to form 6 units. These units are then interlocked together to get the "Spinning Windows", a.k.a. "The Kaleidoscope", which was designed by Lewis Simon.
