Recipe
1 1/2 cup of fruits
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water (2 tbsp of water if using watermelon or if water is used to blend fruits.
2 tbsp of lime or lemon juice
Blend fruits. Strain 2 times with a strainer or once with a cheesecloth
Over medium heat, add the fruit juice, water, sugar, and lime (or lemon). Bring to a boil and remove from heat. It should be a little thick.
Blend with the syrup fruit with ice if using a blender in order to avoid big chunks of ice. If using an ice shaver, omit this step.
Top with peanuts (optional)
