How to Open a Gym Business | Part 1: First Steps

I wish back when I had opened my first fitness business someone had done a training series on how-to open a gym business THE RIGHT WAY!

Ha but then maybe this isn't even the right way!

But here's what I can tell you, this is the first steps in the process I used to open all my locations, and that I've used with hundreds of coaching clients to help them open their first, second and 10th gym business.

In this segment I cover the first steps, considering what space availability and market costs are in your city, thinking about a location that's going to work for you and your clients long term and how to quickly validate whether that location is viable. (It takes minutes, and by the end of this video you'll likely have viable locations to go visit and dream about in about 15 minutes!)

The next segment will cover mapping out your numbers, getting a grasp of the real costs and building realistic projections for your business and will be available next week. (This is a key step to know how much you'll need to be successful, protect your family/investment, and something you'll need to do if you want to acquire any kind of financing.)
