How to Open a Gym Business | Part 2: Costs, Pricing, and How-to Open Profitable

Thinking of opening a personal training/fitness studio or a gym business? Last week I started my step-by-step series on "How-to Open a Gym Business" (You can see the first part here: youtu.be/JRd7LvmMVZI)

This week we begin to get into the meet and potatoes. I show you the planning stages of how to figure out:

❓How much will my monthly expenses be?
❓How much will payroll cost?
❓What should my membership or pricing be?
❓How many customers do I need to break even or make money?
❓How many leads do I need to get enough customers to make money?
❓Where do I find those leads?

Though this is still planning it's a really key step, it's going to really help you see the real picture for how to successfully open your gym business (and maybe scare you a little but that's normal)

Once this step is done you'll be in a much better place to:

✅Negotiate a lease
✅Prepare a business plan and projections if you need to acquire financing
✅Make intelligent considerations about opening marketing and buildout costs
✅Be able to start brainstorming you your opening marketing plan to open at break even or profitable
