Description from the creator

While I am on the topic of Step Downs for hip and knee control - this is a clip from Module 6.2 in the CRP1: THE KNEE course. I will share 3 parts of this module on Step Downs over the next few weeks - this first part including the reasons why we want to nail the step down as a essential exercise for hip and knee control and strength (and not do a "step up" as a rehab tool), as well has how to regress it as a practitioner for clients who have knee pain or who are post-surgical and are not ready just yet to let the knee come forward into a full squat position.
.
Over Part 2 I will show you stability options and in part 3 the load options. Stay tuned!
