How to Remove Kinesiology Tape

In this video, learn 2 pain free methods for removing your kinesiology tape! If you've ever been taped, you've probably experienced at least one unpleasant tape removal experience. Avoid that in the future, with the techniques you'll learn here to day. It is EASIER to have someone else remove the tape for you, but you can do it on your own as well. My best advice is slow and steady - it's not like ripping a band aid off!

-Infection, cellulitis
-Open wound
-DVT
-Previous allergic reaction to Kinesio Tex Tape
