How to rotate tables in word

In this video I show two different methods for taking a table that has been made in excel and putting the table into word on its side so that is has been rotated 90 degrees. You can also think of this as changing a table from horizontal to vertical or from portrait to landscape.

This can be useful if the table is too large/ the wrong shape to fit on the page the right way up.
