How To See The Positives In Negatives

Negativity can make one or two things going wrong for our client feel like their whole life has gone wrong. The trouble with this - the habit of 'globalizing' one or two things going wrong into a thought like 'I made a complete mess of things' - can lead our clients towards developing depression, chronic anxiety, or other difficulties.
