How to Send Multiple Emails with Dynamic Content in Microsoft Power Automate - Full Tutorial

Microsoft Power Automate can send multiple emails with dynamic content from an Excel table on OneDrive and write a sent date back into each row afterwards.

The Excel sheet has five columns, ID, Email, Subject, Body and Date, and the ID must be unique for the update step later. Create a manually triggered flow, add "List rows present in a table" and point it to the file and "Table1" on OneDrive for Business. Inside an "Apply to each" over the value, "Send an email" gets the Email, Subject and Body fields as dynamic content, and every row becomes its own email with its own text. Run the flow once to verify that the three emails arrive before you touch the sheet.

A second "Apply to each" runs after the emails, and "Update a row" writes a timestamp into the Date column of the matching row, with "Key Column" set to ID and "Key Value" set to the ID from the table. Refresh the Excel sheet after the run to see the dates appear. The two loops keep their default names, and renaming them is a good practice that the video leaves to you.
