Description from the creator

Reading an Excel table and sending an email from Microsoft Power Automate fits in one instant flow, with a condition that mails you about every sale above 6500.

The data is an Excel table with five rows: An ID, a name and a sale for each person, such as Angela's 7,000 and Bill's 11,000. Create an instant flow, name it "Excel data condition" and pick the manual trigger. Add the Excel Online action "List rows present in a table", then choose OneDrive as the location, the document library, the file and the table in the dropdowns. Add "Apply to each" from Control and select "value" as the output, so the flow handles one row at a time. Inside the loop, add a "Condition" where the sale is greater than 6500. The Sale column arrives as text, so replace the dynamic content with the expression float(items('Apply_to_each')?['Sale']) before the comparison works.

TOP LEARNINGS
🔹 Import Excel rows into a cloud flow
🔹 Loop through the rows with "Apply to each"
🔹 Convert the Sale column with float() before you compare it

In the yes branch, send yourself a notification email. The subject reads "Remember to send wine to" followed by the name and the sale ID, and the body is "Regards myself". Click "Save", then "Test", and run the flow manually. Two emails arrive in the mail client, one for Angela and one for Bill, because only their sales pass 6500. The Excel file can also sit on a SharePoint site instead of OneDrive; the same dropdowns in "List rows present in a table" point to it.
