Today at 3:00pm MDT on the Verge YouTube Channel we will be live with Erik and Callene Rapp, Authors of Raising Meat Rabbits.

Sign up for the Ideas on the Verge Newsletter to be reminded when we go live and who we are interviewing: vergepermaculture.ca/product/ideas-on-the-verge/

Today Erik, Callene and I will be talking about how to set up a meat rabbit operation large and small. We will talk about the sustainability of it, some of the drawbacks and challenges and some of the opportunities that exist. Rabbits used to be a massive industry less than 50 years ago but suffered a decline. Recently people have been getting back into raising rabbits and the Rapps are leading the way with one of the largest rabbitries in the US.
