In this video I give you a simple Dave Elman self hypnosis script to help you stop coughing. It worked for me when I had bronchitis so it might work for you also. I find it interesting how the medical profession acknowledge the significant role that stress plays in the onset of health problems and yet how little they support natural therapies like this. Imagine how different the world would be if the doctor taught you how to manage stress and used natural therapies as a preventitive health measure - and only used medical intervention as a last resort.
