✎ If you're ready to quit your job and start your own business but struggling with how to have that conversation with your boss, this Ask Evan episode is for you! One of our viewers, Josephine, reached out for advice on how to resign when her boss takes things personally and may make her transition difficult. In this video, I break down how to navigate that conversation, whether you want to leave on good terms or deal with a tough boss while staying professional.

The key takeaway? Give as much notice as you can, be available to help with the transition, and handle the conversation with honesty and respect. But if your boss doesn’t react well, don’t let that hold you back—this is just one of the many tough situations you'll face as an entrepreneur. Starting a business is not easy and overcoming challenges like this will build the character and resilience you need to succeed. So, whether your boss supports you or not, stay focused on your vision, and use this as a learning opportunity for future difficult decisions.

Have you ever had to quit a job to follow your dreams? How did it go? Share your story in the comments below and let’s support each other on this journey! And if you found this video helpful, give it a thumbs up—it really helps, and I love seeing your support. Much love, and I’ll see you in the next episode!
