Description from the creator

A hiatal hernia can be caused by any number of things, from traumas like vomiting and heavy coughing to a weakened diaphragm caused by improper breathing and poor diet.

Symptoms of a hiatal hernia include indigestion, heart burn, acid reflux, upper GI discomfort, or when eating and drinking have an effect on stomach pain.
