Description from the creator

What is an Appreciative Inquiry? It’s an approach to organizational change developed by David Cooperider Ph.D, which focuses on strengths rather than on weaknesses. Appreciative Inquiry can also be used on ourselves, introspectively. In this video, we will introduce the four cascading phases (steps), called the 4-D Cycle, and how you can use them to improve workplace wellness.

#Step1 Find what is going well
#Step 2 Dream in order to think out of the box
#Step 3 Get your team's commitment, collaboration is key
#Step 4 Destiny, all collaborators need to have a common goal and want to deliver.

For the more practical people, I would say Appreciative Inquiry can be used to solve problems in a way that doesn’t trigger psychological defenses and fosters intrinsic motivation to deliver destiny.

Dr. Cooperider has facilitated many Appreciative Inquiry workshops with high profile leaders, for example, the Dalai Lama comes to mind, His research brings value and light to getting's things done in a healthier way.
