Go to start and then to RUN

Type in gpedit.msc and hit enter

select Administrative templates and expand it.

Navigate to Network and expand it

And now select Qos packet scheduler (single click)
you should fine limit reservable bandwidth on the right
right side.

Double click on it and it should be Enabled and it
will be 20 .

Now make it to 0 (zero) and click apply and then OK.

Now restart you PC and you should notice the difference in you connection.
