This video will show you How to enable windows defender by group policy settings.

Follow this simple and guaranteed steps for the solution:

1. Go to run.
2. Type regedit and press OK.
3. Go to this path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE \ Policies\ Microsoft\ Windows Defender
4. Double click on DisableAntiSpyware.
5. A box will open. Just erase the value and give OK.
